Grilled Salted Peaches

INGREDIENTS
3-4 medium size peaches
4 TBSP Honey Shop Salted Honey
¼ tsp cinnamon
Heated grill
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat your grill on high for 15min or until the temperature reaches 450F
- Wash and dry the peaches, then halve them and remove the pits
- In a shallow bowl, wish together Honey Shop Salted Honey and cinnamon until they are fully incorporated
- Begin dipping the peaches into the honey/cinnamon mixture and place flat side down onto the grill. Continue to mix the honey/cinnamon as needed so that it remains incorporated as you dip
- Grill the peaches for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks are as dark as desired
- Flip peaches over to the round side (skin side) and grill for 1 minute or until peach has softened
- Carefully remove peaches from the grill and serve immediately
TIPS & TRICKS
- Serve with your favorite yogurt or ice cream
- Add a drizzle of honey over the top
- Mint and chopped pistachios make a delicious garnish
- For a more savory grilled peach, replace the cinnamon with thyme or rosemary
