Grilled Salted Peaches

Servings: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

3-4 medium size peaches

4 TBSP Honey Shop Salted Honey

¼ tsp cinnamon

Heated grill


DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat your grill on high for 15min or until the temperature reaches 450F
  2. Wash and dry the peaches, then halve them and remove the pits
  3. In a shallow bowl, wish together Honey Shop Salted Honey and cinnamon until they are fully incorporated
  4. Begin dipping the peaches into the honey/cinnamon mixture and place flat side down onto the grill. Continue to mix the honey/cinnamon as needed so that it remains incorporated as you dip
  5. Grill the peaches for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks are as dark as desired
  6. Flip peaches over to the round side (skin side) and grill for 1 minute or until peach has softened
  7. Carefully remove peaches from the grill and serve immediately

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Serve with your favorite yogurt or ice cream
  • Add a drizzle of honey over the top
  • Mint and chopped pistachios make a delicious garnish
  • For a more savory grilled peach, replace the cinnamon with thyme or rosemary
