Shipping Policy

At Eastside Honey Shop, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed promptly and delivered efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about our shipping practices.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at hello@eastsidehoney.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Delayed Packages: Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at hello@eastsidehoney.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
