Smoked Cream Cheese with Honey Bee Seasoning

INGREDIENTS
1 block cream cheese
2 TBSP honey mustard
3 TBSP Honey Shop Bee Seasoning
Your favorite crackers for dipping
Smoker set at 180F
DIRECTIONS
- Place a chilled cream cheese block onto a parchment baking pan.
- Spread honey mustard over the cream cheese block, including the sides, so that it is coated evenly. Do not coat the bottom of the block
- Sprinkle or press the Honey Shop Bee Seasoning into the honey mustard coating. Don’t forget the sides of the block
- With a straight-edged sharp knife, add cross cuts ¼ inch deep over the top of the cream cheese block
- Place the seasoned block of cream cheese in the smoker for 1 hour and 30 min at 180F
TIPS & TRICKS
- For a spicy twist, try it with out Honey Bee Spicy Bee Seasoning
- Pretzels and celery make for great dipping
