Smoked Cream Cheese with Honey Bee Seasoning

INGREDIENTS

1 block cream cheese

2 TBSP honey mustard

3 TBSP Honey Shop Bee Seasoning

Your favorite crackers for dipping

Smoker set at 180F


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place a chilled cream cheese block onto a parchment baking pan.
  2. Spread honey mustard over the cream cheese block, including the sides, so that it is coated evenly. Do not coat the bottom of the block
  3. Sprinkle or press the Honey Shop Bee Seasoning into the honey mustard coating. Don’t forget the sides of the block
  4. With a straight-edged sharp knife, add cross cuts ¼ inch deep over the top of the cream cheese block
  5. Place the seasoned block of cream cheese in the smoker for 1 hour and 30 min at 180F

TIPS & TRICKS


  • For a spicy twist, try it with out Honey Bee Spicy Bee Seasoning
  • Pretzels and celery make for great dipping
