Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the crust:

    • Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry slightly.
    • Transfer to the baking sheet and lightly score a ½-inch border around the edges.
    • Brush the border with beaten egg for a golden crust.
  3. Make the filling:
