Honey Lemon Glazed Strawberry Shortcake

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups diced strawberries

2 TBSP Honey Shop Lemon Creamed Honey

1 pound cake loaf sliced 

whipped cream for garnish


DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries, place them in a mixing bowl, and set aside
  2. Add Honey Shop Lemon Creamed Honey to a small bowl and stir until it has a drizzle consistency.
  3. Pour honey over the strawberries and gently toss until all are evenly coated
  4. Add strawberries to the top of the sliced pound cake and garnish with whipped cream

TIPS & TRICKS

  • For a fun twist, try adding in other berries
  • Try adding a dash of an additional citrus fruit for a more complex flavor
