Honey Lemon Glazed Strawberry Shortcake

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups diced strawberries
2 TBSP Honey Shop Lemon Creamed Honey
1 pound cake loaf sliced
whipped cream for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and slice the strawberries, place them in a mixing bowl, and set aside
- Add Honey Shop Lemon Creamed Honey to a small bowl and stir until it has a drizzle consistency.
- Pour honey over the strawberries and gently toss until all are evenly coated
- Add strawberries to the top of the sliced pound cake and garnish with whipped cream
TIPS & TRICKS
- For a fun twist, try adding in other berries
- Try adding a dash of an additional citrus fruit for a more complex flavor
