At East Side Honey, we are a family-run apiary rooted in tradition, integrity, and a deep respect for the bees. Our focus is simple and uncompromising: we produce 100% raw, unfiltered honey, never heated or altered, just as nature intended.

Our honey has earned First Place honors at both the Texas State Fair and the Texas Honey Show, recognized for its rich flavor, purity, and exceptional quality. Each jar reflects the diverse wildflowers of Texas and the care we take in harvesting and bottling every batch by hand.

Sourced directly from our own hives, this is true Texas honey, small-batch and thoughtfully produced from hive to jar. The result is a smooth, naturally complex honey that captures the season and landscape it comes from.
